Vigil’s Beef Jerky is a New Mexico-inspired artisan beef jerky producer located in Albuquerque New Mexico. We were founded in 2000 by Charlie Vigil whose goal was to produce the very best beef jerky possible with the finest natural ingredients.
Vigil’s offers more than Carne Seca (dry beef) beef jerky. You can explore a variety of jerky flavors along with chile-seasoned chips and other snacks inspired by the flavors of the Southwest.
Chile is a big part of what gives Vigil’s its personality. From red and green chile to jalapeño-inspired flavors, the products offer distinctive Southwestern taste profiles rather than the same familiar snack flavors.
